Career Path
Daniel Pöchhacker graduated in 2009 from the Higher Technical Federal Teaching and Research Institute Vienna 10 (HTBLA 10), Department of Electronics, specializing in “Technical Informatics,” and subsequently completed his compulsory military service with the 4th Guards Company of the Austrian Armed Forces until 2010.

In March 2010, he began his career as an assistant professional detective and, since 2011, has served as co-CEO of Detective Agency Pöchhacker alongside Walter Pöchhacker. In November 2017, he successfully passed the qualifying examination for the regulated profession of professional detectives at the master examination office of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce.

Since March 2018, following his father’s retirement, he has been the sole CEO. In April 2018, he was also certified for the security industry. Since then, he has been the managing director responsible for the entire security industry (professional detectives, security services). In the summer of 2022, he successfully completed his bachelor’s degree (Integrated Security Management, part-time) at the FH Campus Vienna.

The state examination as a professional detective is a central part of his qualification and guarantees that the detective agency meets the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and legal knowledge.
