Comprehensive advice is at the centre of our services.
Discretion, trust and problem-solving expertise form the basis of our co-operation with our clients
Experience matters – Success obliges!
Let’s not kid ourselves: no one likes to consult a private detective, whether for business or, even less, for private matters. It is especially difficult to entrust personal issues to a stranger. If you prefer to speak with a female detective, we can accommodate this request. With 35 years of professional experience, we are familiar with all human aspects.
Discretion is not just a matter of honor; confidentiality is our capital and is legally mandated. The most important thing is to consult a detective at the right time. Investing in solid advice avoids risks, saves nerves, and saves time.
The Initial Consultation
The first information and consultation meeting is free and non-binding. It can take place in person at one of our detective offices in Vienna and St. Pölten, by phone, or via video call at a flexible time. We take ample time to listen to you and rely on your openness. It is beneficial to bring relevant documents.
We will tell you if we see realistic chances of being able to help you. If so, we will work with you to develop a tailor-made concept or suggest possible alternatives. Our many years of experience will benefit you in achieving the defined objective as efficiently as possible. The expected costs will be calculated. A cost limit, which may only be exceeded with your consent, can be agreed upon.
The Detective Deployment
Stereotypical clichés about private detectives and their working methods, often characterized by a loose approach to legal boundaries, are in stark contrast to reality. Even the observation of individuals is not a warm-up exercise for beginners but is one of the most demanding tasks of all.
Therefore, only professionals of both genders are employed, who master not only the most modern but also the classic observation and documentation methods. They can endure extreme weather conditions and situations where no relief is possible, knowing that only success matters and past efforts will be forgotten. Sharp-minded individuals with years of honed instincts who bring an indispensable prerequisite: a passion for their work.
Naturally, you – or your lawyer, if you prefer – will be regularly informed about the progress of the detective deployment. Especially during observations, ongoing contact is sensible to coordinate adequate measures, particularly in the event of unexpected occurrences. Once the objective is achieved, the operation will be terminated immediately. Professional detective Daniel Pöchhacker will be your direct point of contact throughout.
The Detective Fee
A fair and transparent billing process is an essential part of our company’s philosophy. The detective fee is based on the hours worked, with hourly rates varying by day, night, and weekends/holidays. Additionally, mileage, any incidental expenses, and – if necessary – the compensation for special technical equipment will be charged.
The sober cost-benefit analysis of a successful detective operation primarily depends on how you define success and whether financial aspects play a role at all. For instance, proving that a partner is faithful can either bring great relief or, in the case of contemplating separation, little enthusiasm. Even when “recovering” a kidnapped child from abroad, no one considers financial criteria. When economic considerations are paramount, employing a professional detective usually proves to be a very good investment. The detective costs are often only a fraction of the ultimately achievable and sustainable benefits. Our regular customers appreciate this.
Lastly, under Austrian law, the detective fee (in the event of success) can often be reclaimed from the perpetrator based on the causation principle. Classic examples include the costs for proving marital infidelity and employee dishonesty.
The Detective Report
Even professional detective work is only as good as its documentation. At the end of the assignment, you will receive a carefully written, factually relevant report that can serve as a basis for your next steps. Any photographic, video, or other evidence will be attached to support the findings. Ideally, the detective report will be sufficient to assert your claims without a lengthy, costly, and nerve-wracking legal process. If not, the detectives involved will be available to testify in court.
