In hardly any other industry does each individual bear as much responsibility as in ours. The success or failure of a mission depends on them. They must take decisive actions within seconds.

The backbone of our detective and security company is a core team of full-time professionals who have stood by us and our clients through thick and thin for over 25 years. They pass on their extensive experience to the eager younger detective colleagues. Internal collaboration, communication, and knowledge exchange are part of daily training. Daily learning, daily evolution keep our detectives sharp.

The training establishes a strong foundation: Besides the craft, our future employees are also instilled with the philosophy. To learn, in extreme cases, to step out of one’s comfort zone, a parachute jump is part of the detective training.

Women Power
From the beginning, we have not only emphasized a healthy mix of ethnic backgrounds among our employees but also the inclusion of women. Simply because female detectives are better suited for certain tasks.

Female intuition, acting talent, the aura of harmlessness, conversations “woman to woman” – even in places where men have no access. The ability to charm men is also an unbeatable advantage – for example, in investigations undercover.

During surveillance, female detectives can act as inconspicuous couples with their male colleagues. And in family protection assignments, they are often the better alternative – especially with children (training film).

In short: Women are often grossly underestimated.

A number of our former employees now work as independent detectives. Some have remained true to the field and hold their own in the police force, in criminal investigations, or in intelligence services.
