Philosophy is both a commitment and a challenge, providing external guidance and internal prerequisites. The philosophy of our detective agency is guided by three simple principles:

The quality of our work is the foundation of your trust.
Your trust is the basis of our success.
Learning from failures and mistakes (culture of error).

The philosophy of a detective evolves over the years. It emerges from the experiences of everyday practice, from successes and failures, from solving spectacular, high-profile cases as well as from the small tasks often referred to as “routine”. We consider every case with equal importance and view each task as a new, equally serious challenge.

With one exception: the fate of children is a matter of the heart for us. In individual cases, we are willing to take very high risks. As evidenced by 16 years of unconditional imprisonment in absentia for professional detective Walter Pöchhacker in North Africa due to two cases of child repatriation. However, these judgments are of no relevance in Austria.

Error Culture in the Company
In our work, as in life, it is inevitable that mistakes will occur. There are numerous proverbs that emphasize this, but as a company, we recognize that our employees are not infallible. In unforeseen situations, wrong decisions may be made.

Our detective agency places great importance on an open error culture. We constantly strive for continuous improvement and work to avoid mistakes in the future or to eliminate them from the outset through the development of appropriate processes. This means that we not only invest in the professional training of our detectives, but also place great value on internal collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing.

Our open error culture allows us to learn from these lessons and continuously improve ourselves to exceed the expectations of our customers.
