Pickpocketing – Swift Fingers, Empty Pockets
Distinguished establishments are increasingly targeted by internationally operating bands of pickpockets and scam artists. The wealthier the clientele, the greater the incentive and effort to get hold of their belongings. Unlike opportunistic thieves, they operate with high professionalism and teamwork, with crews of up to “five men strong.” If one member is caught, the “colleagues” often attempt to free them before the police arrive.
Personal Protection – Guests Only Live Once

We’re not just talking about pocketing a little extra tip but about organized actions by entire service teams; about outsmarting even the most modern and sophisticated locker systems. The detected or admitted damage as well as the detective’s fee can be reclaimed from the perpetrators. In the event of a criminal complaint, there is an additional significant deterrent effect for all potentially offending employees.
